Welkin Infra Tower K buyers — did you face hidden charges?
Did a site visit to Welkin Infra Tower K last month after booking my flat. Honestly, the sales team downplayed so many charges. My initial price estimate is way off now with all these 'extra' costs for PLC and IFMS. It's frustrating, seems like nothing matches the brochure. Did anyone else buying here get hit with unexpected charges? What did you do?

Exactly why I'm so hesitant. Welkin Infra Tower K, right? Their RERA status is "Not Applicable" which is a huge red flag for me. Is that normal for upcoming projects? Should I be worried?
@U3 Bhai, absolutely worry. My friend got stuck in a project near Alpha I Greater Noida with no RERA, builder ne possession date 2 saal delay kar di.
@U3 Yes, that 'RERA Not Applicable' is a big concern. It usually means they're under some threshold or found a loophole. Builder ke intentions par doubt aata hai, especially for an upcoming project like this one.
