Welkin Infra Tower K's pricing for an upcoming project is too high, change my mind
Visited Welkin Infra Tower K site last week, and honestly, the pricing for an upcoming project felt a bit high, around ₹75L for a 2BHK. I'm fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so finally taking the plunge. My main concern is the builder's track record, Welkin Infra ka. Kya actual mein time pe deliver karenge? Yaar, bahut projects delayed hain Noida Extension mein. Also, pre-launch buyers ko kitna discount mila tha? Matlab, current rates pe buying makes sense for capital appreciation? Resale value aur rental yield ka kya scene hai yahan? Koi bata sakta hai Welkin Infra ka past projects ka experience kaisa raha hai? Worried about getting stuck.

Totally agree with you! ₹75L for a 2BHK in an upcoming project by Welkin Infra sounds steep, especially with their reputation. I've heard so many stories about projects getting delayed indefinitely in Noida Extension. My biggest fear is investing my life savings and then getting stuck for years, paying EMI and rent both. This is exactly why I'm hesitant to jump in right now. Builder ka track record bahut important hota hai, aur Welkin Infra ke baare mein kuch khaas achha sunne ko nahi milta.
