What actual construction quality means after moving in

Is Palm Floor DLF Phase 3 ki construction quality really that great? Moved in 3 months back, abhi se cracks dikh rahe hain walls mein. Maintenance charges itne high hain, but seepage issues resolve nahi ho rahe. Everyone glorifies DLF but nobody talks about these daily hassles. It feels like a genuine home ya bas facade hai? Change my mind.

Totally agree, bhai. DLF ka naam hai but quality control seems to be slipping. Mere ek relative ne bhi Sector 42 mein liya tha, similar issues. Bahut tension hoti hai yeh sab sunke when you're planning to invest so much.

Haan yaar, wohi toh. Itna paisa lagao aur phir yeh sab. Is this common for all their projects now, or just specific ones like Palm Floor?
