posted on 12 MayWhat actual daily life is like at DLF Privana West
Did a site visit to DLF Privana West last Saturday. Honestly, it looks grand, but I'm trying to figure out the actual daily life there. With kids' school admissions coming up, my wife's priority is a safe, friendly neighbourhood. Is the community vibe genuinely good for families, or does it feel a bit isolated? Also, what about schools and hospitals nearby? Looks good on paper, but wondering if it's truly a good home for a growing family like ours. Is it worth the premium?

True that, U2. But DLF ka quality bhi toh dekho. They usually deliver. I'm also considering it for my family, looks promising.
Yaar, this premium part is what's bothering me. ₹7.8 Cr se shuru ho raha hai for a first home, that's a huge commitment. DLF ka brand hai, no doubt, but for that price, I'd expect everything to be perfect, not just 'grand' looking. Are we just paying for the brand name here?

For schools near Privana West, I heard Pathways is a bit far, but there are some newer international schools coming up closer to the Badshahpur side. Need to research more on that. Hospitals toh abhi door hain.
Sahi kaha bhai, I felt the same when I visited. The green spaces look amazing, but the immediate surroundings for daily needs like a quick grocery run or a small clinic seemed a bit sparse. It's definitely not like a fully developed sector yet. The community vibe will probably take time to build up with 795 units, right?
