Resale in Sector 33 Noida isn't as straightforward as agents claim. I've been tracking resale value here. My 3BHK, bought for ₹1.2Cr 3 years ago, is barely seeing offers above ₹1.3Cr. The RWA issues and parking headaches really hit the market. Are others finding similar struggles with liquidity, or is it just my building? What's the real ROI here?

Exactly my fear! I bought a 2BHK in Sector 150 last year for ₹90Lakh, thinking of upgrading in 5 years. But hearing this about Sector 33 makes me so anxious.
