Resale in Sector 33 Noida isn't as straightforward as agents claim. I've been tracking resale value here. My 3BHK, bought for ₹1.2Cr 3 years ago, is barely seeing offers above ₹1.3Cr. The RWA issues and parking headaches really hit the market. Are others finding similar struggles with liquidity, or is it just my building? What's the real ROI here?
