Been eyeing DLF Pink Town House for a while now. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different ballgame. Honestly, I'm trying to figure out the real value of amenities. Builders promise the moon, but what actually gets delivered at possession? Does the fancy clubhouse really attract higher rentals or better resale down the line? Or are these just ghost facilities after a year? What's everyone's experience on promised vs actual amenities, especially from an investor's perspective? Does it genuinely affect ROI or just inflate the initial price?
