Fed up of renting for years, finally taking the plunge and eyeing investment property in Noida Extension. Mahagun My Laagoon is on my radar. My big question is, how much do promised amenities actually boost resale value or attract good tenants? Brochures look great, but what's the reality at possession? Are clubhouses and sports facilities truly used, or just ghost facilities? Also, maintenance charges vs actual service quality – does it justify the cost? Don't want future tenants complaining about poor service.
