What amenity promises really mean for daily life
Did a site visit to Skanda Avani C99 last week. My kids have moved out, so we're looking to sell our big house and get something smaller, manageable, near a good hospital. The builder promises a lot with the clubhouse and green spaces, which looked nice on paper. But honestly, I'm a bit wary. How much of those amenities actually get used daily? And after a year or two, how's the construction quality holding up? Are there typical issues like seepage or fitting problems? Also, what's the reality of maintenance charges versus the actual service quality? Don't want to pay a premium for ghost facilities. Any current residents or past buyers have thoughts on Skanda Avani C99 or similar projects in Bangalore? Just want a genuine home feel, not just a fancy brochure.

Bhai, amenities are always a trap. Builder brochure mein toh Olympic-size pool dikhaate hain, but reality mein woh
Yaar, Skanda Avani C99 ki pics toh bohot acchi lag rahi hain, especially the clubhouse. But ₹2.1 Cr for a first home feels like a huge amount. Original poster ne quality aur maintenance ki baat ki hai, wohi darr lag raha hai. Kya yeh price worth it hai for a 2019 project, considering current market inflation?
