What are the real hidden costs in Bengaluru property?
Since last year, I've been seriously looking for a 2BHK in Bengaluru, especially around Domlur. My initial budget was around ₹70L, but ab toh lag raha hai it's just for the base price. Pride And Expert Properties ka ek project dekha tha, they quoted a decent per sqft rate. But then all the extra charges – stamp duty, registration, interiors, GST, car parking, PLC... it just keeps adding up. Honestly, I had no idea it'd be this much beyond the advertised price. My parents keep saying 'total cost dekho,' and I'm really trying. For first-time buyers, what are the things nobody tells you about these hidden costs? Like, kitna extra budget rakhna chahiye, usually? Aur site visit pe kya kya specific questions poochhne chahiye to avoid surprises later? Any experiences with Pride And Expert Properties' final cost transparency?

Totally relate! I'm looking in Marathahalli side, and the same story. Builders show one price, but then jab final figure aata hai, it's easily 20-25% more. That 'base price' is just a bait. My friend bought a flat near Aavalahalli and even after paying everything, he had to spend another 5L for basic woodwork and electricals. It's frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
Exactly! Aavalahalli ka
