What Ashley Estate Floors 3 owners wish they knew about daily life?
Been looking at Sohna for about six months now, trying to find a proper upgrade. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, and thinking of moving to a bigger 3BHK or villa. Ashley Estate Floors 3 looks interesting, but the ₹4.70 Cr price tag is a big jump, especially since I already have a home loan. Is the price jump worth it? Just wondering, for anyone living there, are the amenities actually useful, ya phir sirf show-off ke liye hain? Like, gym, club house, pool... do people really use them, and are they well-maintained? Also, daily convenience ka kya scene hai? Schools, hospitals, markets kitne paas hain? My kids' education is a priority. Honestly, not sure if the premium for a completed project is justified if the daily living experience isn't top-notch. Kya yeh genuinely good home hai, ya sirf investment potential dikhta hai?
