Construction quality is the real deal-breaker in Delhi, not just amenities. Everyone glorifies fancy clubhouses, but nobody talks about the cracks and seepage that start showing up after just a year, especially in places like Swaraj Homes RWA Pocket B Dilshad Garden. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK and already have an EMI, so future maintenance costs are a big worry for my 3BHK investment. Maintenance charges already eat into ROI, but if construction itself is weak, matlab toh double loss. How does bad quality affect resale value and tenant attraction long-term? Is the premium for a well-built property really justified, or are we just paying for a builder's brand name? Change my mind.

Totally agree with this post! Main bhi 2BHK se upgrade kar raha hoon aur future maintenance cost ka darr laga rehta hai. EMI ke upar agar repair ka kharcha aa gaya, toh budget hil jayega. Dilshad Garden mein kya sach mein itni problems hain?
Haan bhai, bilkul sahi kaha. Mere ek relative ne Ansal Villas mein liya tha, construction achhi thi, but fir bhi plumbing issues aa gaye the 3 saal mein. Yeh builders brand name pe bechte hain,
