Under-construction risk is often overblown for long-term holds. I'm in Dubai, can't visit. For Bangalore, SSVR Acacia (ready) vs Godrej Aveline (upcoming) – which makes more sense for 5-year appreciation and rental potential for an NRI? Ready property easy, but Aveline ka ROI better ho sakta hai?

NRI bhai, under-construction mein toh bahut risk lagta hai. Aveline ka naam sunke achha laga but 5 saal ka wait? SSVR Acacia ready hai, toh tension kam. ROI zyada ho sakta hai but peace of mind ka kya?
Haan yaar, sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek friend Akshayanagar mein ek project mein fasa hua hai, 2 saal late ho gaya hai possession. NRI ke liye toh aur mushkil, kaun baar baar visit karega?
