Totally agree with the original post! Yeh 'low maintenance' claim sunke hi darr lagta hai. Especially for a project with such a high price tag (₹2.9 Cr – ₹3.7 Cr), maintenance should be transparent. First-time buyers like us are already stretching our budgets, toh aise hidden costs bahut chubhte hain. Kya kisi ko actual monthly charges ka idea hai for Big Block South City 2?
