Kya brokers actually buyer ka bhala chahte hain ya sirf apna commission dekhte hain? My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and looking for a manageable 2BHK, maybe in Noida Extension near Sector 74A. Don't need much space now, just a good society, elevator. Honestly, I feel like these brokers, especially for builders like Dev Sai Group, just push whatever gets them higher commission. They don't really fight for *our* price, do they? Is it better to just go directly to the builder sales office for negotiation? Ya multiple brokers se baat karni chahiye? I'm thinking direct jaake zyada discount milta hai. Change my mind.
