What brokers won't tell you about Gurgaon deals
₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 82, Dwarka Expressway area – is this the new normal for investment properties? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a bigger 3BHK or villa for better capital appreciation. Already have a home loan. Investor mindset hai, so looking for the best deal. Brokers always push new projects, saying direct builder deals aren't possible ya negotiation scope kam hai. Is this true? Ya secondary market mein, HCBS ke old projects ya Sarhol mein, kya direct seller se negotiation better hoti hai? Matlab, broker vs direct builder mein, who actually gives a better total acquisition cost? Aur yeh all-in cost ka kya scene hai? Stamp duty, registration, PLC – kitna extra lagta hai on top of base price? Kya kisi ko real experience hai ki brokers se deal karne mein zyada value mili ya builder se direct?
