Builder ke construction-linked payment plans toh pura scam lagte hain. Log bolte hain sahi hain but they just drain your savings, especially for a 3BHK in Sector 150. My wife aur main toh soch rahe ready-to-move hi len, even with a premium. Kon itna risk le? Change my mind.
