Shakti Nagar Extension mein property dekh raha hoon, Silver Oak Development Society ka ek project pasand aaya. Fed up of renting, ab finally apna ghar lena hai. Builder ne 3BHK ke liye ₹2.2 Cr quote kiya, but all-in cost sunke dimaag ghoom gaya. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking — yeh sab milake kitna upar jaata hai, yaar? Hidden charges bhi sunne mein aate hain possession ke time. Kya negotiation se kuch farak padta hai ya bas on-paper price hi final hota hai?

Silver Oak Development Society ka track record utna accha nahi suna hai maine. Especially possession delays ke liye badnaam hain. ₹2.2 Cr for Shakti Nagar Extension 3BHK sounds a bit high, even with all charges. Better to cross-check their RERA status and past projects before proceeding.
Bhai, same experience! Builder ne pehle kam quote kiya, baad mein jab total figures dekhe toh aankhein khul gayi. Yeh PLC aur parking toh compulsory kar dete hain.
