Noida International Airport ka completion date 2024 dikha rahe hain, but construction dekh ke lagta nahi. Sector 150 ya Yamuna Expressway ke paas prices already up ho gaye hain. Kya Jewar effect already priced in hai? FNG Expressway aur Aqua Line extension se abhi bhi kuch pockets affordable hain, ya sab hype hai? Main Sector 117 dekh raha tha, but it's not directly on these big infra routes. Should I wait, ya abhi bhi investment window open hai kahin aur? Builder delays ka darr hai yaar.

Totally agree with the post! Main toh khud Sector 150 mein 2 saal pehle invest kiya tha, tab prices decent the. Ab toh almost double ho gaye hain, especially near some projects like Alistonia Estate. Lagta hai Jewar effect already 80% priced in ho chuka hai, ab zyada upside mushkil
Bhai, tumne sahi pakda. Airport ka timeline toh bas marketing gimmick lag raha hai. Ground reality bahut alag hai. Delays pakka honge.
