For months now I've been scouting Affordable Housing Projects in Gurgaon for my own family. Honestly, working in real estate, I thought I knew all the tricks. But the ground reality for these projects... it's something else. Builders talk super area, but carpet area mein bahut farak hota hai. Aur construction quality? I'm worried about the long-term maintenance costs and hidden charges jo builders often don't disclose upfront. Has anyone faced unexpected costs post-possession, ya quality issues after a couple of years in these affordable segments? Matlab, real user experience kya hai?
