What builders don't tell you about amenities post-possession
Majestique Mrugavarsha Phase III — I'm looking at a 2BHK here. As someone who works in real estate, I know brochure-level promises versus ground reality can be huge. Specifically, clubhouse facilities, are they actually functional after possession? I've seen so many projects where the swimming pool is always 'under maintenance'. Plus, what about maintenance charges? Are they justified by the service quality, ya just for show? Parking ka scene kaisa hai? Reserved slot milta hai ya lottery system? Any real experiences would help.

My biggest worry is the clubhouse and pool. Builders promise the moon, but then it's always 'maintenance ka kaam chal raha hai'. Aur maintenance charges?
