What builders don't tell you about Conscient Parq resale

The resale market for high-end projects like Conscient Parq is my biggest concern. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Conscient Parq mein pre-launch se kitna appreciate hua hai? Secondary market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Delivery timeline bhi important hai. Will they stick to it? What ROI are people *actually* getting?
