₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Dwarka is already steep, but then the hidden charges hit you. I work in real estate, but even I'm surprised by the extra PLC, EDC, maintenance deposits that pop up with DLF or Godrej. Matlab, brochure mein toh sab smooth lagta hai. Honestly, I'm finding Tata Housing's quality a bit overrated compared to their premium pricing. Plaster cracks in new projects? Come on! People glorify them, but I'm seeing issues. Raheja and Omaxe sometimes feel more transparent. Change my mind.

Totally relate! DLF Garden City mein bhi same cheez hui thi mere friend ke saath. Base price sunke toh lagta hai afford kar lenge, but then yeh PLC, IDC, IFMS, electricity meter, parking charges... list khatam hi nahi hoti. Dwarka mein 1.8 Cr for 3BHK sounds okay-ish but with these hidden charges, it easily crosses 2.2 Cr. Builders ko transparent hona chahiye, yaar.
