₹1.6 Cr for a 3BHK in Salarpuria Sattva, Shamshabad – is this the final price ya kuch negotiation possible hai? I work in real estate, but for my own flat, I'm feeling lost. Builders ka game pata hai, but still. Log bolte hain 5-7% tak negotiation ho jaata hai, but Salarpuria jaise badhe builders kitna dete hain? Especially on a 3BHK. And all-in cost mein kya-kya hidden cheezein hoti hain? Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors toh pata hai. But possession ke time pe koi surprise charges toh nahi aate? Like extra for amenities, maintenance ki advance. Kya kisi ne Salarpuria ke saath aisa experience kiya hai? Should I push for a fixed all-inclusive price now?

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head. Salarpuria ho ya koi aur, hidden charges toh sabke paas hote hain. My friend bought in Attapur last year, and possession ke time pe usko almost 2 lakhs extra dene pade for "infrastructure development charges" jo agreement mein barely mentioned tha. It's a huge headache for first-time buyers like us.
Sahi baat hai! Maintenance advance bhi 1-2 saal ka ek saath maang lete hain.
