What builders don't tell you about plot returns in Hyderabad

₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Gachibowli has me rethinking everything. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a different game. My Home ya Aparna ke projects dekh liye, prices sky-high hain. Should I even look at flats? Plot investment in Tellapur or near the RRR seems better for appreciation, especially with Pharma City coming up.
