Pre-launch deals in Hyderabad feel like a gamble more than a discount, honestly. I'm looking for a 3BHK for my growing family near Jubilee Hills, maybe a Salarpuria Sattva project. Builder bolte hain early bird advantage milta hai, but later prices hardly change, ya phir they add hidden charges. Kya kisi ko real savings mili hain pre-launch mein? Or should I just wait for RERA approved projects and negotiate spot discounts? Construction-linked payment plans mein bhi bahut uncertainty hoti hai, especially with kids' school admissions coming up. Can't risk possession delays.

Totally agree with you. I also tried a pre-launch in Attapur for a 2BHK two years back. Builder promised possession in 18 months, but abhi tak basement ka kaam bhi pura nahi
Bhai, you're not alone! Pre-launch is a huge trap. Builders just lock your money, aur prices toh baad mein bhi same rehte hain ya thoda hi badhte hain. Jubilee Hills side toh especially high demand hai, they don't need to give real discounts.
