₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Siddhartha Vihar felt like a good deal initially. I'm looking at projects by Gaurs and ATS, maybe even Gulshan Homz. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different, you know? I'm worried about hidden charges at possession; it always seems to happen. What's the construction quality like after a few years with these guys? Any unexpected issues, like seepage or finishing problems? Also, off the record, what's the word-of-mouth reputation for their Ghaziabad projects? Any specific project to avoid or recommend?

Bhai, 95 lakh for a 3BHK in Siddhartha Vihar sounds like a lot, especially if it's not a premium project. I was looking at something similar in Ahinsa Khand II and the prices there were already touching that range for established societies. Hidden charges are a nightmare, for sure. My friend booked with Gaurs a few years back, and while the initial quality seemed okay, after 3-4 monsoons, seepage started showing up in common areas. Finishing was also a big issue, plaster cracks and all. So, your worry is totally valid.
