What builders don't want you to know about Gurugram pricing
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Old Gurgaon and Golf Course Extension, looking for a 3BHK upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK, but the family needs more space. Everyone says negotiation is dead in Gurugram, especially with builders like Ameya Group, but I think that's just what builders *want* you to believe. They always say "no discount policy" but then suddenly "spot discounts" appear for 'serious buyers'. Matlab, is it really a fixed price or just a tactic to make you feel special? Okay, I'll say what no one says: brokers often push for 'exclusive' deals which are just their commission. I'm looking at a 3BHK around ₹2.5 Cr. Should I push harder for a spot discount directly with the builder, ya broker ke through hi sahi deal milegi? I feel like there's always some hidden room for negotiation, especially if you're ready to close quickly. Is there any way to know the *real* bottom line? Change my mind.
