Been looking for 8 months now in Noida Extension for a 3BHK around Sector 150. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different. Shortlisting Godrej and ATS, prices near ₹1.2Cr. My main worry: construction quality. What's the *real* finish like after a year or two? Any common issues like plaster cracks or seepage from actual residents? Trying to avoid hidden charges at possession. Do Godrej or ATS surprise buyers with extra PLC, EDC, or maintenance deposits not disclosed initially? I know super area vs carpet area games.
