Bhai, ₹78 lakh for a 2BHK near 150 Feet Ring Road is definitely high. I was looking near Kalawad Road, and even there, prices are getting crazy. Builders always have these hidden charges. PLC toh pakka hoga, plus GST, registration, maintenance advance... sab jod ke 10-12% extra toh pakka lag jaata hai. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
