Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. Kids have moved out, so my wife and I don't need such a big place anymore. We're looking at something manageable, maybe a 2BHK in Ambika Florence Park. What I'm really trying to figure out is the *real* deal with water supply. Is it reliable, or are tankers a regular thing? And the elevators – are they well-maintained, or do they break down often? We're on the 4th floor, so this matters a lot. I'm trying to avoid high maintenance charges for services we won't even use. Hoping to hear from actual residents, not just sales pitches.

Totally feel you, bhai! Main bhi Ambika Florence Park ka soch raha tha 2BHK ke liye. Water supply ka issue toh har jagah sunne ko milta hai, especially in newer projects. Tanker mafia ka darr rehta hai hamesha. Aapne sahi pakda point.
Haan bilkul! Aur elevators ka bhi, especially agar high floor pe ho. Maintenance charges mein ye sab cover hona chahiye na? Lekin builders bas promise karte hain.
