Since last year I've been looking at properties, especially Sattva Lake Ridge. Brochure promises a lot, but I'm really worried about the basics for an investor. Long-term tenant satisfaction is key for ROI, right? What's the real situation with water supply there? Is it constant tanker dependency or genuinely reliable? Also, elevators. Are they prone to breakdowns, and how quick is maintenance? My parents keep saying small things become big headaches later for tenants, affecting rental income and eventually resale. Does anyone have actual experience with this specific project's utility reliability?
