What daily annoyances reveal about builder quality

Okay, I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much the little things matter after moving into my current 2BHK. I'm in Kothapet now, and we're thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a small villa, maybe in Sattva Lake Ridge. The brochures look great, but I'm worried about the day-to-day stuff. Like, our building's elevators are constantly breaking down, and maintenance takes ages. Plus, the power backup is only for common areas, not the whole flat. Is this a common issue in bigger projects? For Sattva Lake Ridge residents, how reliable are the elevators? And is the power backup truly full-flat, or just a token? Is the price jump for these perceived amenities actually worth it for daily living?
