What Ghaziabad builders don't tell you about amenities
Amenities in Ghaziabad projects are often just marketing fluff, especially for investors. Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord hiked rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Was looking at Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 2 and their brochure looked great. But what's the actual ground reality for promised amenities vs. what's delivered? Like, they show these grand clubhouses, but are they actually functional ya bas showpiece? For investment, tenant attraction ke liye yeh sab matters. Aur parking ka kya scene hai? Is it reserved ya lottery-based headache? Sunna hai Ghaziabad mein parking bohot big issue hai. Resale value par in cheezon ka kitna impact padta hai? Any past experiences with builders delivering way less than promised? Should I overlook this for a good price?
