What Ghaziabad builders don't tell you about amenities

After years in this business, I'm finally looking to buy in Ghaziabad myself. Everyone hypes Envyrons Vaastu Homes' amenities, but honestly, construction quality impacts resale and maintenance way more. Are those fancy clubhouses ever actually used, or just a premium for nothing? Change my mind.
