What Ghaziabad builders don't tell you about pricing
₹1.12 Cr for a 2BHK at Unique Kaushambi Builder Floor was advertised, but the actual quote after all charges is ridiculous. I'm so fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, thought it's time to finally buy. But these Ghaziabad builders, man. Shire Tirupati Garden also has its own set of 'extras'. Are these hidden costs normal? It feels like the advertised price per sqft is just a bait. Who's been more transparent? For a 5-year investment, which one would actually deliver better appreciation without all these hidden cuts? What was your experience with final costs?

Yaar, totally relate to this! My landlord just hiked the rent by 15% and I'm also looking to buy in Ghaziabad. But this 'advertised price vs. actual price' game is just ridiculous. Unique Kaushambi is on my radar too, but hearing this makes me so nervous. Lagta hai sab builders ka yahi haal hai.
