What Godrej doesn't tell first-time buyers

Yaar, this whole home buying process is giving me nightmares! Visited Godrej and ACE projects last weekend in Noida. Everyone on property groups keeps glorifying Godrej for timely delivery, but my site visit felt off. I'm hearing so much about hidden charges post-booking and really mediocre amenity finishing once you get possession. ACE, on the other hand, felt a bit more transparent with their pricing and the sample flat amenities seemed better. Am I completely off here? Disagree? Please tell me why, I need guidance!
