Spent weekend researching Greater Noida West. I'm in Dubai. How to verify RERA registration, title for builders like Good Hill Homes? Is RERA effective for delays, ya bas paper pe?

Sahi kaha. RERA registration check karna toh first step hai. But agar builder ka koi project hi nahi hai, phir toh aur darr lagta hai. Title deeds ka bhi double verification must hai.
