Been visiting sites for months now, trying to find a good 3BHK in Gurugram. My wife wants something safe for the kids, especially with their school admission coming up. We saw a Ganga Group project near Sector 43, looking at around a ₹2.5 Cr budget. But yaar, ye all-in costs ka kya scene hai? Builders bas base price batate hain. Stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking, interiors... sab mila ke kitna upar jaata hai? Kisi ko experience hai ki possession ke time aur kya hidden charges aate hain? Is it even possible to negotiate much on these extras, ya sab fixed hota hai?

Bhai, ₹2.5 Cr mein Gurugram mein 3BHK, especially near Sector 43, itna tough hai. Base price toh theek lagta hai but ye extra charges na, they kill the budget. Mera bhi same doubt hai ki kitna extra pakad ke chalein for these hidden costs. It's so stressful trying to figure it all out.
