Since last year, I'm regretting booking a flat in Keya Homes, Kaggadasapura. Possession time pe itne hidden charges dikh rahe hain – maintenance deposit, utility setup fees. Dubai se ye sab manage karna bohot mushkil hai. Is this normal?
