I work in real estate, but buying for myself at Adani's Model Economic City near Dwarka Expressway is still an eye-opener. I'm poring over the builder-buyer agreement now, and it's stacked with clauses protecting only them, like penalty for my delay but not theirs. Many projects on Golf Course Extension Road are already seeing possession date pushes. Honestly, what real legal options do I have under RERA if they delay my 3BHK beyond the promised time? Is RERA truly effective for compensation, or just a slow process? What specific red flags should I look for in their RERA registration that aren't obvious?
