My landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Hyderabad. Fed up of renting, seriously. Budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK, maybe in Tolichowki area. I'm looking at Salarpuria Sattva projects, but honestly, kitna extra lagta hai beyond the base price? Builders show one price, but then PLC, floor-rise, parking, maintenance deposit... the list goes on. Does anyone have experience with these 'hidden' charges in Hyderabad projects? Kya possession ke time aur bhi surprise costs aate hain, like extra for electricity meter or amenities? I'm trying to figure out the *real* all-in cost. Should I factor in like 15-20% extra for these things, ya aur bhi zyada? Any advice on what to watch out for?
