That 'all-inclusive' price builders quote? It's never the final figure, is it? I'm based in Dubai, eyeing a 2BHK in Suthiyana from Living Homes, quoted around ₹70L. But I'm worried about hidden charges near possession. Electricity meter, club membership, OC fees – kya ye sab pehle se pata chal sakta hai? Need to calculate the real total cost as an investor.

Totally relate! Builders will always say 'all-inclusive' but then near possession, they hit you with so many unexpected charges. Mera bhi same experience hua tha with a project near Ajayabpur. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera friend ka flat Alistonia Estate mein tha, usko toh electricity meter charge hi ₹50,000 laga diya tha. Aur club membership optional bolke bhi, society mein rehte ho toh lena hi padta hai.
