What I learned about Delhi property negotiation

₹1.8 crore for my 3BHK in Shakurpur – got possession in March. Negotiated with Shree Radhey Builders, only got 2% off. Is that normal for Delhi? Pre-launch offers ka hype kitna sach hai? Did anyone actually get much better deals buying early? Or are spot discounts later better for investors?
