I moved into Premium Homes last month, and the impact of the new expressway is crazy. Prices around Vijay Nagar and Crossings Republik feel like they jumped overnight. My flat's value already seems higher. Did anyone else notice this spike? What areas still have potential for growth due to this infrastructure?
