What I noticed about Ghaziabad's Budget Homes pricing

Before I finally bought my flat in Crossings Republik, I was really tracking the Budget Homes corridor in Ghaziabad. What I noticed is prices, especially for 2 BHKs, shot up quite a bit in the last 18 months, like from 35L to 42L in some spots. I'm seeing many new projects coming up now. Honestly, I'm not sure if this price momentum can hold. Should new buyers wait for a correction or is this the new normal? What are others seeing? I thought I got a decent deal back then, but now I'm wondering.
