What I wish I knew about 'affordable' housing in Sector 35
Kya Faridabad mein true affordable housing ab sirf naam ki reh gayi hai? Main toh just 3-4 months pehle Sector 35 mein ek 2BHK liya tha, socha tha ₹70L ke andar ho jayega. Initial quote toh ₹65L tha, but jab PLC, parking, club charges, OC, aur stamp duty sab mila ke dekha, it went up to ₹78L. Honestly not sure agar yeh affordability hai. Mujhe laga tha maybe main hi galat calculate kar raha tha, ya phir yeh sirf mere saath hua. Even Sector 75-89 mein bhi prices kaafi upar lag rahe hain ab. Jo log abhi market mein hain, kya aapko bhi lagta hai ki real affordable options ab almost impossible hain? Is this the new normal for Faridabad? Aur kya yeh trend aise hi chalta rahega, making it tougher for middle-class families to buy? Interested to hear others' experiences and opinions.
