3 years since project completion, and I'm still struggling with the numbers for Ashley Estate Floors 7. I bought a unit for ₹3.70 Cr, thinking capital appreciation accha hoga, but price movement toh bahut slow hai. My current 2BHK se upgrade karna tha, but is the premium justified? Rental yield bhi expected se kam hai, hardly covering my EMI ka portion. Secondary market mein liquidity ka kya scene hai? Anyone else facing this? What's your exit strategy for such projects?

Ashley Estate Floors 7? Is this the project by that builder with a mixed reputation? I heard some stories. Kya builder ka track record bhi issue hai?

Yaar, totally understand your pain! ₹3.7 Cr is a huge amount for a first-time buyer like us. Capital appreciation slow ho toh bahut tension hoti hai. I'm also looking for an upgrade but this makes me rethink my budget and expectations for sure. Lagta hai sabko yahi problem aa rahi hai high-end properties mein.
