What I wish I knew about Bengaluru infra project timelines
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much infra projects affect property value. Just moved into my 2BHK on Sarjapur Road last month, possession was in March. Things nobody told me properly, yaani, how much Namma Metro Phase 3 or the Peripheral Ring Road will *actually* change things. My flat is ₹1.3 Cr, but abhi bhi lagta hai kya I missed out on better spots? Should I have waited for more clarity on these projects? Builder toh bolte hain sab jaldi hoga, but Bengaluru mein delays common hain. Is it really worth buying near these planned routes now, ya prices already inflated hain? I'm trying to figure out which areas near these corridors still have some affordable investment windows. Not sure if the promised completion timelines for Metro Phase 3 are realistic. Any first-hand experience on this? Kahan pe abhi bhi ROI accha mil sakta hai for a 2BHK around ₹1.2-1.5 Cr? Hope this helps someone else also thinking about this.
