Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector, and more importantly, which builder won't leave us hanging. We're eyeing a 3BHK around New Chandigarh or Mohali; safety for the kids is key. I'm genuinely worried about project stalling, especially with Ansal Sushant City. Heard some whispers about their financial health. Omaxe's Celestia Royal or Gardenia Floors look good, but their customer support post-booking... does anyone have real experience? My wife needs clarity for kids' school admission. Is Ansal's risk worth it for a slightly lower price? Hope this helps someone else too.

See, I booked a plot in Omaxe New Chandigarh maybe 3 years back. Possession toh mil gaya, but registry mein itna time laga diya inhone. And after that, for any NOC or small paper work, you have to run behind them for weeks. Customer service is practically non-existent once they have your money. My friend bought a flat in Gardenia Floors, same story. Kids' school admissions ke time pe paperwork ki zaroorat padti hai, tab builder ka support bahut important hota hai. So, for peace of mind, Omaxe might not be the best bet.

Ansal toh avoid hi karo bhai. Unka track record Delhi mein bhi kharab hai, Chandigarh mein toh aur bhi. Naam bada, kaam chhota.
Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Hum bhi 3BHK dekh rahe hain New Chandigarh mein. Ansal ka naam sunke darr lagta hai. My cousin almost got stuck in one of their projects near Mullanpur Garibdass. Omaxe Celestia Royal ka location toh acha hai, but post-booking support ka tension hai. Kisi ko actual experience hai kya with Omaxe's after-sales?
Actually, Celestia Royal ki quality construction wise toh theek hai, but after-sales mein thodi problem aati hai. But Ansal se toh hazar guna better hai. At least Omaxe ke projects complete toh hote hain, albeit with delays. Ansal toh poora project hi chhod deta hai beech mein. Don't compare apples and oranges.
Haan bilkul! Omaxe se better toh small local builders hain sometimes. At least unka owner mil toh jata hai. Celestia Royal sirf naam ka royal hai.
Sahi kaha bhai, Omaxe ka after-sales support is a nightmare. I know a friend who bought in Celestia Royal, possession milne ke baad bhi minor repairs ke liye ek saal lag gaya. Builder ko call karo toh koi response nahi, office jao toh bolte hain 'ho jayega'. Kids ke school ki tension mein yeh sab aur add ho jata hai.
