Frazer Town — honestly, thought this area was perfect for my first flat. Saw a 2BHK with Keya Homes, liked the layout. My parents keep saying new launches are risky. The sales guy made it sound so simple, just EMI and down payment. But then I started looking into the actual costs. Stamp duty, registration, maintenance advance, legal fees, interiors... ab samajh nahi aa raha if my budget is even realistic anymore. How much did you guys actually end up paying beyond the quoted price? Is it usually like 15-20% extra? And what red flags should I look for in the builder-buyer agreement regarding these 'other charges'? Feeling a bit overwhelmed by all these hidden costs.
